The menu
Four services, every price stated. Each is priced for a sedan or coupé and for an SUV or larger vehicle, and the price you are given is the price on the account — nothing further appears. Work beyond the menu is assessed in person and quoted on the condition of the vehicle, so the number reflects a real process: the time, the products and the state the car arrives in.
How it is priced
Select the service the car requires. The price is agreed before we begin, and it is the price on the account.
Where it happens
The vehicle never leaves the property. No drop-off, no waiting room, and no drive home through Chicago weather afterwards.
Who carries it out
Every service is carried out by someone who has completed our ninety-day training programme.
II — Beyond the menu
Some work cannot honestly be priced from a list, because no two cars arrive in the same state. For the services below we begin with a fifteen-minute conversation, then inspect the vehicle with you and quote on what it truly needs. An SUV back from three weeks on the road is not the same job as a car that has never left the city, and the number should say so.
Multi-stage machine correction for swirl marks and defects that polishing alone will not touch. Paint depth is measured before any work begins; we would rather tell you a panel does not have the clear coat left to correct than take the work and thin it further.
A durable protective coating over corrected paint, applied only where a client asks for it — never a substitute for the paint being right underneath it.
Kaolin clay lifts what the sun has burnished into the glass; a dedicated glass polish restores the clarity the car had the day it was bought.
Oxidised, yellowed and clouded lenses cut back and refinished. A safety matter before it is a cosmetic one.
Presented matte throughout. Knowing what may go on which component, and what must never be sprayed at all, is the entirety of the discipline.
Cracked bolsters, worn seat edges and tired hide. Vat-dyed, surface-dyed and surface-painted leather are three different materials needing three different approaches.
Treats the evaporator coil itself, where the sour smell actually lives, rather than masking it.
Plastic rear windows and soft-top glazing, cleaned and protected with the product specified for aircraft canopies.
III — Our commitment
If you are not happy, we are not happy. We do not present an account until the vehicle is finished to the standard and you have said so yourself. Should something not be right, we make it right before anything is billed. That is the whole of it.
We are not here simply to clean cars. We are building relationships with the people who own them, over years rather than appointments — which is why the arrangement has to be worth keeping on both sides. A client who has to argue over an invoice does not come back, and we would not expect them to.
Thirty years in this trade has taught us that the work speaks first and the account comes afterwards. We have never found reason to reverse that order.
IV — Excellence Privé
Members of partner properties hold a fixed rhythm — the Wash between details, or the Concours every month — with priority scheduling in their own garage and member rates. A car kept correctly never requires rescuing.
The Monthly Package
The full Concours on a fixed monthly rhythm, at member rates. The car never falls behind.
The Fortnightly Package
The Wash every two weeks, for cars driven daily through Chicago winters, with an Interior or Exterior Detail added whenever the car calls for it.
The Concierge Package
Priority scheduling, recurring appointments and bespoke management of a car or a collection. The matter is taken off your hands entirely.
Signature & bespoke work
For exotics, collector cars and anything asking for more than the menu covers, we inspect the vehicle with you in person. We walk the car together, you tell us what you are seeking, and it is priced on what it truly needs.
A separate signature menu is being built for this work. Until then, the consultation is the starting point.
Choose from the menu, select a date and time, and leave the car where it sits.
